We have to make a lot of decisions each and every day. However, it is important to understand that these decisions are only a concept until they actually get put into action. This seems very obvious, but we are all at fault for deciding we will do something such as lose weight or stick to a healthy diet, but never actually doing it.
What Does It Mean To "Take Action"
We always talk about letting go of your fears and expectations and just starting to take action, but what does that actually mean? Taking action means that you take the first step towards achieving your goals dreams or any other opportunities that will advance you in life. Taking action means that you understand the outcomes are uncertain and that anything can happen, but you step in anyway and are present in the moment.
